移动式高剪切均质乳化机

一、组成：移动式高剪切均质乳化机主要有移动支架，高剪切乳化系统、升降系统、控制系统组成。

二、工作原理：均质器转子高速旋转所产生的高切线速度和高频机械效应带来的强劲动能，使物料在定、转子狭窄的间隙中受到强烈的机械及液力剪切、离心挤压、液层摩擦、撞击撕裂和湍流等综合作用，物料的微粒化、乳化、混合、调匀、分散等于短时间内完成。而使不相溶的固相、液相、气相在相应成熟工艺的作用下，瞬间均匀精细的分散乳化，最终得到稳定的高品质产品。

机器设置了移动轮和升降系统，使操作更加灵活、方便

The high tangential speed caused by high-speed rotating rotor and the strong momentum caused by high-frequency mechanical effect make material in the narrow gap between stator and rotor get strong mechanical and hydraulic shear , centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impacted tear ,turbulence ect. So profit from mature technology, the microparticulation, emulsification, mixing, equalization and spread of the material could finish a short time , immiscible solid phase, liquid and gas are instantaneously uniformly emulsified ,final get steady high-quality products.
